Jeffery Winters spent more than 35 years working in the electrical industry. Before entering the electrical trade, he had been farming but was ready for a change. Over the years, he developed a strong understanding of the trade and built lasting relationships with customers, contractors, and others in the industry.
When the company Jeff had worked for was sold, he decided it was time to go out on his own. In 2004, he started Winters Electric with the goal of building a company that valued taking care of customers, being honest, working hard, and treating employees well.
Along with his wife, Celinda, Jeff brought great service throughout the Treasure Valley. Through hard work and strong relationships they had build with customers and contractors, Winters Electric continued to grow.
One year after the start of Winters Electric, Jeff and Celinda’s son, Brandon, joined them.
Brandon attended drafting school and worked on electrical design-build projects. When he joined the company, he brought that experience with him, taking on electrical design-build work and bidding.
When Jeff passed in 2021, Celinda and Brandon stepped up and continued to provide the same great service throughout the valley.

January 2026 Brandon and his wife, Tangi, bought Winters Electric.
Brandon is committed to carrying forward with the things that mattered to his dad: maintaining good relationships with customers and contractors and treating people and his employees fairly.
His goal is simple: continue to grow while providing quality service and personal relationships that have been part of Winters Electric from the beginning.
